Frequently asked questions

How to transport a pet?

Pets weighing up to 8 kg and with a cage are accepted for carriage in the cabin. The cage may measure max. 115 cm on all three dimensions (however the height of the cage may not exceed 20 cm). If the weight of the pet together with the cage exceeds 8 kg, the transportation is performed in the luggage compartment, taking into account the passenger's agreement to transport the pet as cargo/luggage.

Prior approval by the airline is required. Please enter your pet's reservation or ticket number, weight and size together with the carrier via the contact form or contact the airline's Contact Centre. Payment for your pet must be made at the airport before departure. A veterinary inspection is required at check-in. Bring your pet's veterinary passport with all necessary vaccinations.

Red Wings does not carry brachycephalic animals as checked luggage.
