- Typos in surname, first name or patronymic
- Wrong date of birth
- First name and patronymic are mixed up
- Surname change due to marriage or divorce
- There is a mistake in number of the identity document.
Change of passenger details is a paid service and costs 1 000 ₽ .
Change of passenger details is a paid service:
- The cost1 for transportation within the territory of the Russian Federation — from 1 000 ₽.
- The cost1 for international transportation is — from 15 euros.

You may make changes no later than 5 days prior to departure. Please fill in an application on this page. After receiving it we will send you a link to pay for the service. After receiving the payment, the specialists will make the changes.
We will not be able to make changes if the passenger is connecting with two different airlines in the same booking.
