- A «set» of ski equipment means: a case with one pair of skis, one pair of ski poles and a separately packed pair of ski boots, one helmet and one pair of ski goggles. Or a case with one snowboard and a separately packed pair of snowboard boots, one helmet, ski goggles.
- Misspelling of name (up to 3 characters, without distortion of meaning), change of name due to marriage or divorce, change of identity document number. Charged per ticket, changes allowed only until check-in closes.
- Fees are charged in foreign currency on international flights.
- This rule is valid for tickets issued from October 28, 2023.
One flight segment cancellation
Transportation of passengers and baggage along sections of the transportation route is carried out in the sequence specified in the transportation document. The ticket is not valid for transportation on subsequent sections of the transportation route if the passenger does not use transportation on any section of the transportation route. If a passenger refuses part of the transportation route with the intention of saving subsequent sections of the transportation route, the passenger must contact the carrier or an authorized agent in advance (before the end of registration for the section of the transportation route that the passenger does not plan to use) with an application to change the terms of the air transportation agreement and issue a ticket for a new transportation route. When issuing a ticket for a new transportation route, the passenger may be charged an additional fee as provided for in the fare conditions.
