On scheduled flights, the age of the child is determined on the date of commencement of carriage from the starting point of departure. In case of change of the itinerary and/or date of flight departure after the commencement of carriage the child is reissued according to the air fare with a discount corresponding to the child's age on the date of the beginning of carriage from the initial point of departure, indicated in the carriage document, even if the child's age has changed by the time of the reissue of the carriage.
In accordance with the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation Order you need to provide an itinerary receipt, boarding pass and a receipt to prove your expenses.
At most airports check-in starts 2 hours before departure and ends exactly 40 minutes before departure. Online check-in starts 24 hours and ends 3 hours (6 hours in Moscow) prior to departure.
You cannot purchase the service separately. You may only book a ticket for an unaccompanied child through our support service 88003509977 or at the sales offices.

If you did not print out your boarding pass or if you are unable to do so for any reason, please go to the check-in desk at the airport of departure.
Passengers who are late for their flight will not be allowed to travel. You can change your ticket for a different flight, if it is not restricted by the fare rules. To do so, you must cancel your seat prior to departure.

If a child is accompanied by an adult passenger and the ticket is issued for both passengers in one booking, no additional documents are required for flights within Russia.
You can reprint the itinerary receipt of your ticket from the My Bookings service if the ticket was purchased online, via the Contact Centre or authorized agencies.
