Saturday, 23 October a wide-body long-haul Boeing 777-200 plane was delivered to Red Wings Airlines in Addis Ababa airport and made a technical flight to the Moscow Domodedovo base. The plane is listed in Red Wing’s operator certificate by the Russian civil aviation authority, went through customs clearance and performed its first commercial flight on Monday October 26th from Moscow to Antalya and back.
Red Wing’s Boeing 777-200 fleet expanded to three with this new delivery. The third aircraft offers 412 seats similar to the other two in the fleet and is scheduled to carry passengers between the largest Russian cities to the popular sea resorts, Russian as well as foreign.
