How to pay
You can pay for Business Lounge access up to 4 hours before departure when purchasing your ticket or via «My Bookings». This service is available for all passengers irrespective of the fare selected.
How to use the service
After preflight formalities, proceed to the business lounge, located on the first floor of sector «В» нopposite boarding gates 17-20. At the Business Lounge, you must introduce yourself to the employee and present your boarding pass.
Terms of service
- Business Lounge services are available 24 hours
- Access to the Business Lounge is available for passengers of domestic flights only
- Passengers are admitted to the Business Lounge with a boarding pass once they have entered the sterile area after check-in and security checks
- The time in the Lounge is limited to 3 hours
- In case of flight delays, passengers may remain in the Business Lounge until departure
- It is the responsibility of the passenger to be on time for boarding
- Boarding ends 20 minutes before departure
- In case of cancellation of Business Lounge service after boarding or take-off, the fee is non-refundable

If for any reason you did not manage to check in at the airport, we offer a paid service «Check-in Extension»:
- The service is available only for departures from Sochi Airport (AER)
- The service extends check-in for no more than 10 minutes
- The service is available for passengers travelling with hand luggage only
- The check-in extension costs 2 000 ₽. To arrange and pay for the service, passengers must go to the Red Wings check-in desk at the airport of departure
- Payment for the service can only be made by bank card
- If the service is cancelled, no refund will be given
- The service is not guaranteed and is only available after confirmation at the check-in desk at the airport
- The service is available only on Red Wings own flights
- Please note that when booking the service, the passenger assumes all the risks of being screened at the airport before boarding ends. Otherwise your boarding may be denied. Therefore we recommend using the «Fast Track» service together with the «Check-in Extension» service.
For passengers who value their time and comfort, we offer a paid «Fast Track» service for faster pre-flight security checks:
- The service is available only when departing from Sochi Airport (AER)
- The service costs 1 920 ₽. The passenger must go to the Red Wings check-in desk at the airport of departure to arrange and pay for the service
- The service can only be paid for by bank card. If you cancel the service, no refund will be given
- After payment, an airport employee escorts the passenger to the preflight check-in area
- The passenger goes through preflight security and exits to a sterile area of the airport on their own
- The service can be provided independently of the «Check-in Extension» service
- The service is available only on Red Wings own flights
