During the call, the operator books the ticket, and then transfers the call to the voice robot. To maintain confidentiality, at this point the operator is disconnected, and the passenger enters their card details. The ticket will be issued once the payment has been authorised by the bank. The data transfer is set up so that it cannot be intercepted. Therefore, paying for a ticket through a robot is secure.
The itinerary receipt, sales slip and supporting documents are emailed to the passenger.

Customers can arrange for additional services at the Contact Centre along with their ticket:

- Transportation of sports equipment
Some ticket categories can only be arranged at the Red Wings Contact Centre. This includes issuing tickets for children travelling alone, transporting musical instruments in the cabin and transporting pets.

You can purchase your ticket up to two hours before departure.
