Flight Voucher

• E-Voucher, what is this?

  A voucher is a unique combination of numbers and letters of the Latin alphabet. Each voucher corresponds to a specific denomination of money, which is charged in accordance with the carrier's obligations upon application by the person named in the voucher, at the times and in the manner set out in the voucher rules. Each voucher is unique and linked to the email to which the original ticket was issued.
• You have cancelled my flight and I do not know whether this is still relevant to me later on. Why should I take advantage of your offer?

  We apologize for the cancellation of your flight. Unfortunately, the temporary travel restrictions imposed to counter the spread of the coronavirus have forced us to take this decision. We very much hope to be your airline in the near future. We hope that a small token of our appreciation to you — a bonus of 500 ₽ for your next flight, which will be immediately added to your voucher — will enable you to plan extra comfort on your Red Wings flight.

• After the voucher expires, what happens?

  When the voucher expires, the fare money will be refunded to the account details.

• Can I use the voucher to purchase tickets on other carriers?

  The voucher is issued by Red Wings Airlines. The voucher can only be used to pay for Red Wings flights and services, and can only be redeemed on the airline's website.

• If I do not use the remaining balance on the voucher, can I get the rest of the money back?

  Partially used vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash upon expiry. You may reuse the voucher for the remaining balance to purchase tickets and services on the airline's website.

• I cannot redeem my voucher online, what can I do?

  Please check the following information:

  1. You are trying to purchase a ticket for a Red Wings flight numbered WZ 001-1999 (a voucher cannot be issued for flights numbered differently).

  2. You enter the email address where the voucher was sent.

  3. The voucher number is correct.

  If all of the above points are correct but the voucher still cannot be issued, please call our Red Wings Contact Center at +7 (495) 212-12-51, 8 (800) 350-99-77 (toll-free within Russia).

• The voucher payment did not go through, I cannot use the voucher code again, what shall I do?

  If payment fails when purchasing your ticket, please wait until reservation is cancelled. Then try again to book and pay.

• Validity period of my voucher is 1 year. If I don't manage to use it in this year, can I prolong it?

  Vouchers valid for 1 year will automatically be extended to 3 years.
