• Does an infant have baggage allowance?

  For children under 2 years of age without a seat, the free baggage allowance is 1 piece up to 10 kg and the sum of the three dimensions not exceeding 158 cm. Free luggage and hand baggage allowances for children under 2 years old with a seat assignment are the same as for adults.

• How do I transport musical instruments?

  Musical instruments may be transported both in the luggage compartment and in the passenger compartment of the aircraft. The dimensions of the musical instrument may not exceed 40*30*20 cm for transport in the cabin.

  When transporting a child, a child scooter/bicycle will be accepted as an additional item of luggage.

• How can I bring a pram?

  Prams, cradles and other carrier devices for children under 12 years old must be carried free of charge in addition to your free baggage allowance. These items must be weighed and checked in at the check-in desk. If you wish to use a pram before boarding, you must advise the check-in desk. In this case, you can return the pram just before boarding the plane.

• How to carry my ski equipment?

  With the Standard fare, one set of skiing equipment weighing no more than 23 kg per passenger (the three-dimensional standard is ignored) can be transported free of charge in addition to the fixed baggage allowance. At Light and Economy fares, transportation is subject to an additional fee.

• How can I carry items from Duty Free?

  Duty-free luggage items purchased at the Duty Free shops at the airport may be transported on top of the free baggage allowance provided for under Article 135 of FAP 82 and shall be packed in a sealed (sealed) plastic bag with dimensions 40x30x20 cm and weighing up to 2 kg.

• Can I transport a pram without a baby in it free of charge?

  No, you cannot. If you are flying without a baby, a pram will be carried in accordance with your baggage allowance and the fare shown on your ticket.

• Can a baby bassinet or car seat be taken on board?

  A bassinet or car seat may be taken on board free of charge for infants under 2 years of age. If a separate ticket for a child younger than 2 years of age has been purchased and the car seat/nappy car seat is approved for travel, your child may remain seated during the flight. Otherwise the bassinet or the car seat can be transported in the baggage hold.

• Can I take food/juice/water for my child on board?

  Passengers travelling together with children may take on board baby food/juice/water in the quantity needed for the duration of the flight as an aircraft extra free baggage allowance according to Article 135 of FAP 82.

• Can my luggage be combined?

  At the request of passengers travelling together for the same purpose to the same destination or stopover point on the same flight (family, travelling companions or persons travelling on business), the luggage can be combined, taking into account the sum of free baggage allowances according to the weight of each passenger. The weight of a single piece of joined luggage may not exceed thirty kilograms and is accepted for carriage at no extra charge.

• Can I carry medication?

  When travelling within Russia there are no restrictions on the carriage of approved medication. You can carry medication in your luggage in unlimited quantities. Your hand luggage can only hold the quantity needed for the duration of your flight.

• Can I carry e-cigarettes?

  Electronic cigarettes are allowed to be carried in hand luggage and with passengers' belongings. Carriage in checked luggage is prohibited. Smoking of e-cigarettes on board aircraft is prohibited.

• Can I bring my laptop (camera) and hand bag in addition to my hand luggage?

  In addition to your free baggage allowance, you can take a 40x30x20 cm backpack weighing up to 3 kg /hand bag/ purse or briefcase containing all your essential items with you. A laptop (camera) must be carried in the main hand luggage or in a backpack/hand bag/portfolio.

• What should I do if my luggage is damaged?

  A damage report must be drawn up at the airport of arrival. Then you can send your claim in writing.

• What do I do if my luggage gets lost?

  At the airport of arrival, you must draw up a report of non-arrival of luggage. For information on lost luggage, please contact the luggage-tracing desk at the airport of arrival. If the luggage arrives, the airport staff will contact the passenger themselves. If your luggage is not found after 21 days from the date of loss, you may send your claim in writing.

• What should I do if I forgot my belongings on the plane?

  All items forgotten on board will be handed over to the unclaimed luggage room of the airport where they were found. We therefore recommend that you contact this service to retrieve your belongings.
