What do I do if my luggage gets lost?
At the airport of arrival, you must draw up a report of non-arrival of luggage. For information on lost luggage, please contact the luggage-tracing desk at the airport of arrival. If the luggage arrives, the airport staff will contact the passenger themselves. If your luggage is not found after 21 days from the date of loss, you may send your claim in writing.
