• If my child turns 2 during the holiday, how can I arrange a return flight for my child?

  On scheduled flights, the age of the child is determined on the date of commencement of carriage from the starting point of departure. In case of change of the itinerary and/or date of flight departure after the commencement of carriage the child is reissued according to the air fare with a discount corresponding to the child's age on the date of the beginning of carriage from the initial point of departure, indicated in the carriage document, even if the child's age has changed by the time of the reissue of the carriage.

• I have bought a ticket for my child on the website, how can I now order unaccompanied transportation?

  You cannot purchase the service separately. You may only book a ticket for an unaccompanied child through our support service 88003509977 or at the sales offices.

• Can I send my child unaccompanied?

  You may fly unaccompanied children aged 6 to 12. Conditions of carriage for unaccompanied children.

• Can I fly if I am pregnant?

  Up to 28 weeks. If you are more than 28 weeks pregnant you have to present a written statement by the pregnant woman about assumption of liability in case of health impairment of the passenger or her foetus during the flight or as a result of the flight and about indemnification of the airline in case of such situations (to be filled in at the airport before check-in). The passenger must have a doctor's certificate confirming that she is allowed to fly on the date of carriage (no risk of abortion). IMPORTANT: the airline is not responsible for possible adverse effects on the pregnancy, including premature birth.
• I am disabled. How do I order an escort/chair to my flight?

• I am flying with an underage relative within Russia, do I need a power of attorney?

  If a child is accompanied by an adult passenger and the ticket is issued for both passengers in one booking, no additional documents are required for flights within Russia.
