In accordance with paragraph 2 of Appendix No. 1 to the decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated December 20, 2017 No. 107, tobacco and tobacco products are imported in the amount of 200 cigarettes, or 50 cigars (cigarillos), or 250 g of tobacco, or these products in the assortment with a total weight not more than 250g per individual over 18 years of age. Violation of these prohibitions and restrictions entails the initiation of an administrative offense case.
