What you need to know about online check-in:
- It starts 24 hours before departure. This means that you can check in from home and, if you are flying with hand luggage only, you do not have to queue at the airport to check in but you can go straight to your gate
- You can choose the seat on board yourself. This is especially important for those who are not flying alone and want to sit together with their companions
- You can print your own boarding pass at home or in the office
- Online check-in closes 3 hours before departure
- Check-in is only valid for Red Wings own flights
How to check in your luggage online
If you are travelling with luggage, once you have checked in online, you must drop off your luggage at the airport check-in desk. If your luggage exceeds the free baggage allowance, we recommend that you pay online at least 3 hours before your flight. Paying later online or at the airport will result in a higher baggage fee.
If you only have hand luggage, you can avoid going to the check-in desk at the airport and go directly to the security check and boarding gate.Your hand luggage must comply with airline requirements.
Be sure to print out your boarding pass
If you check in online, your boarding pass will be sent to the email address you provided. Not all airports accept mobile boarding passes, so please print them out and bring them with you to the airport.Limitations for online check-in

Online check-in service is not available for flights from Tel Aviv, Hurghada, Sharm el-Sheikh, Dubai, Sharjah, Hambatota (Sri Lanka), Bodrum, Bahrain, Kutaisi.
Due to the nature of passenger check-in, there are certain restrictions - you can only check in at the airport:
- You are travelling with pets
- You need additional services, such as an escort for people with disabilities, or to arrange for a child to be accompanied by an airline employee
- You are travelling in a group of more than 9 people
Even if you have checked in online, you need to arrive at the airport beforehand in order to drop off your luggage, go through security and make your way to your boarding gate. Passenger boarding ends 30 minutes before departure time.
Passengers can choose a comfortable seat during online check-in for an additional fee. You also have the option to choose free seats at the back of the cabin on every flight. The number of such seats is limited.
All passengers are free to check in for free seats at the airport.
