  An e-visa is valid for entry into and exit from the Russian Federation only through the following State border crossing points of the Russian Federation: https://electronic-visa.kdmid.ru/checkpoint_en

• With which document can I fly?

  For foreigners, stateless persons and refugees:

  • National passport
  • ID document for stateless persons
  • Russian residence permit
  • Certificate of Return to the CIS countries (consular offices of the CIS countries in the Russian Federation must issue certificates of return to CIS countries to citizens who have lost the relevant documents; these certificates are only valid for returning to the country of citizenship or permanent residence)

• I have lost my itinerary receipt. What shall I do?

  You can reprint the itinerary receipt of your ticket from the My Bookings service if the ticket was purchased online, via the Contact Centre or authorized agencies.

• What can I do if I have lost my boarding pass?

  You can order a transportation confirmation certificate.The service is not free of charge.

• What documents will I need to report to the organisation?

  In accordance with the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation Order you need to provide an itinerary receipt, boarding pass and a receipt to prove your expenses.

• Need an orthodromic certificate. How to obtain one?
